Monitoring -
Our vendor has implemented a fix and emails to the microsoft network are now being processed. We will continue to monitor as microsoft works through the backlog of deferred emails.

Update -
We have determined that 95% of emails are successfully being delivered to the intended recipients. We continue to investigate the remaining issues.

Investigating -
Our vendor is currently experience and outage which may impact portions of the TrackVia application. Changes to the Microsoft 365 Smart Data service have caused emails to be deferred is preventing customers from receiving TrackVia emails. We our monitoring the situation and will report on developments as the occur.
