The scheduled maintenance will take place on Thursday, March 23rd starting at 8:00 PM MT and lasting for approximately 2 hours. During this maintenance window TrackVia will upgrade databases in the Commercial and Private Cloud environments to the latest and most secure software available. Customer accounts will not be placed in maintenance mode but may experience a 2-3 minute stall in the application.
For system performance reasons we recommend not creating or promoting sandboxes, executing table imports or syncing offline Android and iOS devices during this one hour window.
