The scheduled maintenance will take place on Thursday, October 30th starting at 8:00PM MT and lasting for approximately 60 minutes. During this maintenance window TrackVia will upgrade databases to the latest and most secure software available. Customer accounts will not go into maintenance mode and remain fully accessible, though some users may notice a brief 2–3 minute pause in application responsiveness.

For system performance and reliability reasons, we recommend not creating or promoting any promotable sandboxes, attempting table imports or syncing offline Android and iOS devices during this time period.

Note - OpenAPI may be affected and need to re-run after the maintenance window.
