All primary customer accounts are available for use. Sandbox accounts are still in maintenance mode and unavailable for use. TrackVia will continue to provide updates as to the status of sandboxes.

The scheduled TrackVia platform maintenance will take place on Feb 27, 2025, starting at 8:00 PM MT, and is expected to last up to two hours.

During this time:
- TrackVia will upgrade its system to ensure TrackVia's standards for operational quality.
- All customer accounts will enter maintenance mode, during which users will not be able to access the platform.
- Active sessions across all TrackVia services, including the web and mobile applications, Public API, integrations, and other connected systems, will be temporarily unavailable.

Please ensure any scheduled processes or event-driven workflows are rescheduled or retried after the maintenance window to avoid interruptions.
