The scheduled TrackVia platform maintenance will take place on Feb 11, 2025, starting at 8:00 PM MT, and is expected to last up to two hours.
During this time: - TrackVia will upgrade its system to ensure TrackVia's standards for operational quality. - Select customer accounts will enter maintenance mode, during which users will not be able to access the platform. - Active sessions across all TrackVia services, including the web and mobile applications, Public API, integrations, and other connected systems, will be temporarily unavailable.
Please ensure any scheduled processes or event-driven workflows are rescheduled or retried after the maintenance window to avoid interruptions.
