The scheduled maintenance will take place on Tuesday, January 16th starting at 8:00PM MT and lasting for approximately 90 minutes. During this maintenance window TrackVia will upgrade databases to the latest and most secure software available. Customer accounts will not be placed in maintenance mode but may experience a 2-3 minute stall in the application.
For system performance and reliability reasons, we recommend not creating or promoting any promotable sandboxes, attempting table imports or syncing offline Android and iOS devices during this time period.
