TrackVia customers may have experienced a performance issues between 8:18AM and 8:59AM MT on 11/10/21. During the 31 minute impact, TrackVia applications servers experienced heavy load which caused the system to auto increase number of application servers available for customer processing.

An investigation of the event identified the additional workload originated from microservice and notification subsystems. TrackVia has reduced concurrency parameters for the suspected microservices and continue to investigate the event.
