The scheduled maintenance will take place on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2023, starting at 8:00 PM MT and lasting for approximately 2 hours. During this maintenance window TrackVia will upgrade databases to the latest and most secure software available. Customer accounts will not be placed in maintenance mode but may experience a 2-3 minute stall in the application within this period.
For system performance and reliability reasons, we recommend not creating or promoting any promotable sandboxes, attempting table imports or syncing offline Android and iOS devices during this time period.
