TrackVia's integrations vendor will be performing a planned maintenance activity to improve the reliability and stability of their US-based platform infrastructure.
The maintenance will take 30 minutes and will be completed between:
Saturday, 19th March starting at 2:00 PM GMT and ending at 2:30 PM GMT
During this activity, the Integrations service will be placed into maintenance mode. No data loss is expected during this activity.
All Workato product features and operations will function normally during the maintenance window with the exception of the following:
Creation, deletion, or modification of recipes will not be available Processing of new webhook events will be delayed by 30 minutes
All webhook events will be automatically queued, and processed after the maintenance is completed. No data will be lost.
