The scheduled maintenance will take place on Tuesday, May 17th starting at 8PM MT and lasting for approximately 60 minutes. During this maintenance window TrackVia will update databases with the latest security enhancements. Customer accounts will not be placed in maintenance mode but may experience a 2-3 minute stall in the application and some users will be required to re-authenticate after the upgrade.

For system performance reasons we recommend not creating sandboxes, executing table imports or syncing offline Android and iOS devices during this one hour window.
