TrackVia's integrations vendor will be performing a planned maintenance activity on their US-based platform infrastructure. The activity is necessary to ensure the continued performance, reliability, and security of their products.
During this activity, the Integrations service will be placed into maintenance mode. No data loss is expected during this activity.
- API Platform (APIM): Requests posted to APIM endpoints will be accepted and recipe jobs will execute to return a response. - Job Processing: All jobs, other than APIM (see above), will be paused, and will automatically resume processing after maintenance is over. - Webhook Endpoint: Requests will be accepted to the webhook endpoint and will be automatically processed after completion of the maintenance.
