The scheduled maintenance will take place on Thursday, February 23rd starting at 6:00 PM MT and lasting for approximately 60 minutes. During this maintenance window, TrackVia will update system email settings and customer backup/restore features. Customer accounts will not be placed in maintenance but may experience issues with notifications, shares and sandbox promotion during this time.
For system performance reasons we recommend not creating or promoting sandboxes, executing table imports or syncing offline Android and iOS devices during this time.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Application Services (Commercial Cloud, Private Cloud, HIPAA Cloud, Gov Cloud) and Email Services (SendGrid API v3, SendGrid Email Activity).
